Wanted to share with everyone that I've lost 32 pounds in about 2 months or less. I don't know what made me what to change but, one day I just got the will power and said, if I'm not hungry, I'm not going to eat, and when I fill up, I'm going to push the plate back! And I can only tell you that it wasn't the easy but I've done it and will continue to do so. Also you need to drirnk lots of water. No soda. Only one or two a day... It may sound like I've done nothing but, look at where its got me. I'm 32 pounds lighter, and feel bet

Still not where I would like to be, so I am going to continue what I am doing. And hopefully by summer time I'll be where I want to be and will still continue on forever! It feels good to be healthy!!:)
